DIRECTOR OF SALES
Nic is the founder of Newtrend IT and began the business in 2003. Starting operation from his parents garage he has grown the company to over 20 staff and it continues to grow.
As Director of Sales Nic not only runs the company, he is also the dedicated Account Manager for all our clients and personally oversees all client liaison with the company.
Mitchell is the co-founder of Newtrend IT and is the Managing Director for the business. As well as running the business, Mitchell is also the Project Manager for our major IT Projects, leading our engineers throughout project delivery.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Gabriel began working for Newtrend in 2015 and started as a Senior Technician before working his way up to Team Leader and now as our Operations Manager.
Gabriel is Microsoft Certified and has a Diploma in Information Technology (Networking), Network and Management and Business.
SERVICE DESK TEAM LEADER
James started with Newtrend IT in 2016 as a Service Desk Analyst before becoming our Service Desk Team Leader.
James has a Diploma in Information Technology (Networking) and is studying to sit his Microsoft Certified Professional exam.
SENIOR ONSITE FIELD TECHNICIAN / TEAM LEADER
Will has been with Newtrend since 2012 and is our Senior Onsite Field Technician / Onsite Team Leader.
He has a Certificate IV in Network Administration and Network Security.
OPERATIONS SERVICES TEAM LEADER
Cameron started with Newtrend in 2014 and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
He is a Labtech Certified Professional with a Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Cameron heads up our Operations Services team as the Team Leader.
The Newtrend IT team is made up of people from a diverse background with varying skills, experience and knowledge. We employ people not only for the qualifications but on their ‘fit’ into our team.
Our structure is made up of our leadership team, office support and four core IT service departments managing all aspects of our business. Our Service Desk team are at the frontline of our business and are consistently backed up by our Operations Services and Projects Teams, with staff able to float between the teams to provide additional support when necessary.
