TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Quality Service Guarantee is based on the following terms and conditions:
- Your service query must be submitted via one of the following methods; phone, email or via our Client Portal.
- Our response can be sent to you or your company’s main contact we have on file.
- An automated response from Newtrend IT is considered a response.
- Your service query must be received during Newtrend IT’s standard business hours between 6am and 5pm weekdays.
- Newtrend IT is not to be held liable for technical issues beyond our control that may delay our response.
- Our Quality Service Guarantee is limited to our Managed Services clients who have a current Managed Services Agreement with us.
- To claim your one hour of free onsite work you must provide evidence of our delayed response via email.
