Our software scans and monitors your system 24/7 identifying and resolving issues before they become problems.
Our Managed Services team get notices from our software when there are issues to be resolved. These issues will most likely be resolved before you know about them. Full remote support is available from 6am to 5pm weekdays.
You’ll get a dedicated Service Desk team to help you with issues between 6am and 5pm every weekday. You’ll also get a quota of onsite support depending on your agreement.
Maintenance is scheduled for your servers on a consistent schedule to prevent and eliminate problems. Our Operations Services Team monitor the schedule and are notified immediately of any issues.
Your billing is simplified into one monthly fee for the number of users you have. This fee will only fluctuate if you change the number of users you have or go above your quota of onsite support.
